Agroindustrial Technology Study Program Lecturer, Dr. Wrasiati Becomes Speaker in the Socialization Event on the Utilization and Development of Red Ginger Products at Unud PPM Community Service Program in Gunaksa Village

One of the lecturers of the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, namely Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P. was invited as a resource person in the Socialization Event for the Utilization and Development of Red Ginger Products at KKN PPM Unud in Gunaksa Village. This event was attended by the Village Head and Gunaksa Village Secretary, village officials, PKK, representatives of youth organizations and the local community. This activity was held on Monday, August 8^th , 2022 in Gunaksa Village, Klungkung Regency. This activity is one of the work programs in the KKN in Gunaksa Village.

 

Mrs. Dr. Wrasiati provided an understanding of the utilization and development of red ginger products which became the village's potential. She provided information from upstream to downstream and explained thoroughly about the utilization and development of red ginger-based products which is one of the potentials in Gunaksa Village, Klungkung Regency. The question and answer took place interactively and the people of Gunaksa Village were very enthusiastic in discussing the use and development of red ginger products.

 

The Head of Gunaksa Village, Mr. I Wayan Sadiarna, S.H. also emphasized that red ginger will be the village's flagship product, grown organically where the process of planting, maintaining, harvesting and processing is designed to be an edutourism package.
