Caring for Orphanage, Lecturer of TIP FTP Unud Trains Production of Scrub and Scrub Cream from Seagrass Powder

Lecturers of the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University (FTP Unud) carried out Community Service on Sunday, August 7^th , 2022. The Service Group consisting of Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, MP, and Mrs. Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb. from the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program and chaired by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Lecturer Ir. Made Pharmawati MSc.Ph.D collaborated to carry out community service at the Sunya Giri Orphanage, Denpasar.

 

Community service activities that are carried out targeting orphanage children who are set to produce powder scrubs and scrub creams made from seagrass powder. They were very interested in learning how to process this scrub and cream, even the manager of the Panti, Mr. Alit Rahdiana stated that this product could be an income for the orphanage besides producing shredded chicken and rujak seasoning which they have been working on for the last three years.

 

One of the representatives of the Lecturer, Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, MP. Saying that he is very happy to be able to share with the children at the Sunya Giri Orphanage, Denpasar. They are very enthusiastic to learn, she also hopes that what is desired and given can be used as a provision in the future to foster a creative spirit and produce products that have selling value so that they can be used as superior products and characteristics of the Orphanage so as to increase income for the Orphanage.
